By registering, players agree to:

Provide accurate account, rank, availability and contact information.
When submitting a team roster, the captain confirms the roster details are accurate and that listed players have been informed of the event rules, CTS conduct requirements, and event media terms.
Follow the rules, eligibility requirements and competitive settings for the selected CTS event.
Use the correct Ubisoft account and not misrepresent rank, identity or eligibility.
Follow the CTS code of conduct and communicate respectfully with players, staff and officials.
Attend confirmed matches or notify CTS staff as early as possible when unavailable.
Accept reasonable admin decisions, penalties and registration-status changes made under CTS rules.
Allow CTS staff to store and review the submitted information for event administration.
Understand that CTS events may be streamed, recorded or photographed, including gameplay, match audio, usernames, screenshots, clips and highlights.
Grant CTS permission to securely store, edit and use event-related clips, recordings, screenshots and highlights for broadcasts, event recaps, moderation, CTS social media, community content and promotion. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free. CTS will not intentionally use content in a misleading or harmful way.
Players may contact CTS staff about a genuine privacy or safety concern. CTS will consider reasonable removal requests, but removal cannot be guaranteed for completed live broadcasts, archived material or content already reshared by third parties.

Saving changes confirms that the submitted information and any team roster details remain accurate, that listed roster players have been informed of the applicable terms, and that you accept the CTS Terms of Service, event rules and code of conduct.

CTS events may be streamed, recorded or photographed. This can include gameplay, match audio, usernames, screenshots, clips and highlights. You grant CTS non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to securely store, edit and use event-related media for broadcasts, recaps, moderation, CTS social media, community content and promotion.

CTS will consider reasonable privacy or safety removal requests, but cannot guarantee removal from completed live broadcasts, archives or third-party shares.
